
HELP DESK SPECIALIST
Are you independent, communicative, detail-oriented, and passionate about problem-solving and exploring new challenges?
- Resolving customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, Skype, email, Teams, etc.)
- Training employees at client companies in the retail sector
- Testing applications and preparing user and technical manuals
- Assisting with application installation for new clients
- Preparing proposals for improvements
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Active knowledge of Slovenian, English, and Croatian
- Category B driving license
- Good computer literacy (word processors, spreadsheets, basic knowledge of operating systems)
Permanent, with a 3-month probation period.
