In 2024, our company focused on the project of obtaining ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certifications. The preparation process involved a thorough review of existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning our practices with the required standards. A dedicated project team was established to lead the analysis, prepare documentation, and organize training sessions for employees.

During the first half of the year, we conducted an internal compliance assessment to pinpoint key areas for enhancement. This was followed by the development of new procedures and the optimization of existing ones, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and sustainability. The preparation phase concluded with an internal audit, which confirmed our readiness for external certification.

We are proud to announce that, by the end of 2024, we successfully achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
